: The cookie periodic table

Before I say why I chose this let me give you a little background on this project. it started off by our teacher giving us an assignment as usual. the assignment was to create a periodic table on anything we wanted, but it had be be periodical and t had to be in 3D not a drawing. My partner and I spent day trying to choose a item to use on the table here were our choices and why we did not use them; “legos” too many options with too many similarities a periodic table needs to have options, “bullet shells” can't have em at school :(, and marbles because they once again had little differences between them. Them we started joking around and i said “hey how about a periodic table of cookies!” at first we thought it was just another funny bad idea but after thinking about it we thought of ways that it could be periodical, like different types of cookies in different places that all related together.

Once we had go all the ideas together we had all kinds of different cookies like vanilla chocolate glaze and chocolate with powdered sugar and m&ms. Then we were on to the the sorting the cookies to make them periodical. We had rows and columns the columns were the different types like vanilla and chocolate whereas the rows were the different toppings like m&ms and oatmeal. after the construction was done it look pretty go we even left room for new cookies by purposely only having one raisin cookie showing that when new raisin cookies were invented like vanilla raisin they could easily be added on to the table. I loved this project because it was related to math and science but also involved things that did not relate to school, and that this pretty much what adventure is about.
